Helpful staff and decent AC
The staff was accommodating when I arrived late and even turned on an extra fridge for me. I appreciated the air conditioning as it made my stay more comfortable. However, the lack of a clear breakfast schedule and the unconventional access to different buildings made things confusing.

The shower head was old and unadjustable!!! The eating area was dirty and neglected!!! Hearing loud music and talking from neighboring rooms. There's a plumbing issue that causes loud noises!!!

The room had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals when I walked in. I found dead cockroaches on the floor, which was a huge turnoff. I was really anxious about bed bugs too. The banging on the front gate at 2:45 a.m. was super nerve-wracking. Although the air conditioning worked, it didn't make up for the overall discomfort I felt.
